I am always concerned with the Internet permission forms my district sends out because I worry that the parents don't look at them and just sign them. It is very important to me that my students' privacy is protected and that parents understand that their child will be pictured on my class website with their permission. Too cute...I just typed mine out rather quickly since my laptop is being upgraded and I might not get it back before school starts. I mostly need permission to put pictures and projects on various school sites.

I may use this, too, this year. Parents sign a district permission form as well as a permission form for students being on podcasts. Since I am going to be using computers more this year than ever before, maybe I will do something like this, too. Thanks for sharing
